1. Promoters

This prize draw is run jointly by The Roseate Villa Bath and Beechfield House, part of Roseate Hotels & Resorts (together "the Promoters").

2. Promotion period

The prize draw runs during the pop-up at Regus, Methuen Park, Chippenham SN14 0GT on Tuesday 24 November 2026, from 11:30am until the pop-up closes at 2pm.

All entries must be received by the closing time. Entries received after this deadline will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

  • Entry is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
  • Participants must complete the required entry process during the promotion period.
  • Employees of Roseate Hotels & Resorts, its hotels and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
  • The Promoters reserve the right to request proof of identity and age before awarding a prize.

4. How to enter

To enter the prize draw, participants must:

  • Register for a room key using the registration form, providing the requested contact details.
  • Visit our pop-up at Regus Chippenham during the promotion period and be checked in by a member of our team, who scans their room key.

Only fully completed and valid entries will be accepted. A registered room key that has not been checked in at the pop-up is not an entry.

There is no purchase necessary to enter the prize draw, and entry is free of charge.

Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same individual will not increase the chances of winning and may be disqualified.

5. The prizes

There are two prizes and two winners:

  • First prize drawn: a voucher for a traditional afternoon tea for two people at The Roseate Villa Bath, Henrietta Road, Bath BA2 6LX.
  • Second prize drawn: a voucher for a traditional afternoon tea for two people at Beechfield House, Beanacre, Wiltshire SN12 7PU.

Each person can win only one prize.

6. Prize conditions and restrictions

  • Each voucher is valid for 6 months from the date the winner is notified and must be used within this period.
  • The afternoon tea must be booked in advance directly with the hotel named on the voucher and is subject to availability.
  • The prizes may be subject to blackout dates, including selected peak periods and dates of exceptionally high demand.
  • Each prize is for two people. Any additional guests, food and beverages, services or expenses not expressly included in the prize are payable by the winner.
  • Travel to and from the hotel and any other incidental expenses are not included.
  • The prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, for the other prize or for any other goods or services.
  • The prizes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount or offer.
  • Once a booking has been confirmed, any amendment or cancellation will be subject to the hotel's booking conditions.

7. Winner selection

  • Two winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the promotion period, in a single draw.
  • The first entry drawn wins The Roseate Villa Bath prize and the second entry drawn wins the Beechfield House prize.
  • The draw will take place within 24 hours of the pop-up closing, by 2pm on Wednesday 25 November 2026.
  • The winners will be selected using a verifiably random computer-generated process or an independent draw supervised by an impartial person.
  • The Promoters' decision regarding the administration of the prize draw will be final, subject to applicable law.

8. Winner notification

  • The winners will be contacted using the email address provided at registration within seven working days of the draw.
  • Each winner must respond within seven calendar days of the initial notification to confirm acceptance of the prize.
  • If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the specified period or is found to be ineligible, the Promoters reserve the right to select an alternative winner for that prize through a new random draw.
  • An alternative winner will be subject to the same notification and acceptance process.

9. Prize redemption

  • Following confirmation of acceptance, each winner will be provided with instructions on how to book their afternoon tea with the relevant hotel.
  • The Promoters will make reasonable efforts to accommodate each winner's preferred date, but availability cannot be guaranteed.
  • Each prize must be redeemed within its stated validity period. Any unused prize will be forfeited after the expiry date.
  • The prizes cannot be sold, auctioned, exchanged or transferred to another individual.

10. Data protection and privacy

  • Personal information provided by participants will be collected and processed by the Promoters, Eiderdown Limited and The Roseate Wiltshire Limited, for the purposes of administering the prize draw, contacting the winners and arranging the prizes.
  • Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
  • Participants' information will not be used for unrelated marketing communications without the appropriate consent.
  • Participants may be contacted regarding the administration of the prize draw, irrespective of their marketing preferences.

11. Publicity

The Promoters will not publish a winner's personal details without obtaining that winner's consent.

The winners may be invited to participate in reasonable promotional activity relating to the prize draw, but participation will be entirely voluntary.

12. General conditions

  • The Promoters reserve the right to disqualify any participant who breaches these Terms & Conditions, provides misleading information or attempts to manipulate the entry process.
  • The Promoters reserve the right to cancel, suspend or amend the prize draw where circumstances beyond their reasonable control make this necessary. Any changes will be communicated appropriately and will not be made retrospectively to the detriment of existing valid entries.
  • The Promoters accept no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, lost, delayed or not successfully submitted due to technical or other issues beyond their reasonable control.
  • Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory applicable consumer protection laws.

13. Venue disclaimer

This prize draw is organised and administered independently by the Promoters. It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or officially associated with Regus, IWG or the owners or managers of Methuen Park.

By entering the prize draw, participants confirm that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
